East Indian Rosewood

Indian Rosewood has been the natural answer to the  unavailability of Brazilian Rosewood for many years.  It is a beautiful rosewood and imparts a full and rich tone. This rosewood is the most popular guitar wood today, especially for the flatpicker. Although it is becoming more expensive for the higher grades, it is still reasonably priced.
